Marty Rader, Broker & Manager
Marty Rader has been in the commercial real estate business for over 10 years. He has been involved with all areas of commercial real estate such as Land Brokerage, Land Development, Industrial Brokerage, Industrial Leasing, Retail Brokerage, Retail Leasing, Apartment Brokerage, Self Storage Brokerage, Assisted Living Brokerage, Office Brokerage and Office Leasing. Marty has represented national corporations, local corporations, Religious Organizations, Non-Profit Organizations and Small Business Owners. Marty attended Southwest College in Waxahachie, Texas He lives in Keller, Texas with his wife and son. His family are active members of Gateway Church in Southlake, Texas

Don Beebe, Associate
Don Beebe joined as an associate and Texas licensee in 2007. Don is a 1995 graduate of The University of North Texas, and has since worked in the senior housing, mortgage lending, IT consulting and non-profit arenas. His experience in these industries has allowed him to acquire valuable knowledge in the field of real estate in a variety of capacities. Don’s strong finance, accounting and management background provide many of the tools
required to be successful in commercial real estate. He is a 20 year resident of North Texas and currently lives in North Fort Worth with his wife Jessica and daughters, Ryleigh and Reese. Don is focused on working hard and is committed to serving the needs of his clients.

Alex Santacruz, Associate
What I bring to the real estate market is a lifetime of serving my community, my city and my nation. I served my country in the United States Marine Corp. I served my city and my community with a 29 year career in the Fort Worth Fire Department. The years of experience that I have acquired from serving has taught me the ability to quickly discern circumstances, situations and come up with problem solutions. My personal commitment to my clients is to serve them ethically in every area of their real estate transaction and completely dedicate myself to reaching their real estate goals. My commitment with these has been extremely useful and successful in my life. Therefore, I am able to give my clients some sound advice, guide them through difficult real estate transactions and help each transaction go smoothly. Alex, is a 37 year resident of the DFW area and presently lives with his wife Clelia in Colleyville, Texas.

Ken Rader, Associate                                                                         

 Ken Rader has been in the commercial/residential construction industry for over 30 years in Austin and the surrounding area. His commercial/residential construction experience includes new development, renovations, additions and site selection. His experience in these industries has allowed him to acquire valuable construction knowledge and real estate knowledge that will assist clients in all areas of commercial/residential real estate. Ken attended St. Edwards University in Austin, Texas. Ken is a 37 year resident of Central Texas and currently lives in Austin, Texas with his wife Vickey. Ken and Vickey are actively involved members of “The Bridge Community Church” in Pflugerville, Texas.
